Aamodt's Apple Orchard

September was a perfect month to visit the apple orchard. Each child had a tour of the orchard and barns as well as a hayride out to the trees. The children learned how to pick an apple properly and could take one home. We had treats of apple cider and apple donuts. Then they were able to ride the kiddie tractors, do the hay maze or pet the animals in the petting zoo. It was a fun field trip to start the year.
